The quality of our products is ensured by the constant monitoring of all phases of the manufacturing process from purchasing raw materials to the production of the finished product. We guarantee continuous improvement by system and product audits and thanks to the implementation of the principles of Six Sigma where the process makes it necessary.Our metrology laboratories are equipped with 3-D, torsiometers, dynamometers and other instruments projected and built according to the specific products to be controlled. The laboratory is also equipped with precision apparatus such as microscopes and micro-grammetric balance for measuring surface dirt. We guarantee the quality of input by deep incoming inspections. The raw material is put through mechanical tests as well as heat and surface treatments.
